My name is Hailey
I bring 4 years of experience in the special education field and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working in both clinical and school settings. I've had the privilege of supporting children with behavioral and physical disabilities, and through this work I discovered my true passion - advocating for kids and helping families navigate the education system with confidence.

Starter Support
This is a great first step for families new to the advocacy process. This package provides a consultation and full review of your child's plan with written recommendations, so you know exactly where to start.
Prepared and Confident
Walk into your child's meeting with a clear plan. This package includes document review, a strategy session before the meeting and a debrief afterward so you feel ready and supported every step of the way.
By Your Side Advocacy
You don't have to face the IEP table alone. I'll attend the meeting with you to provide real time support, and help ensure your child's needs stay at the center of the conversation. This package includes document review, prep and follow-up support.
